RICS Level 2 Home Surveys are instructed by you and available for your personal use. The report is suitable for all properties of standard construction, and reasonable condition and size. RICS suggest they are an 'economy' report which takes into account the overall condition of the property.
The report will bring to light any urgent defects which could alter its value.
Included in your RICS Level 2 Home Survey report, we can include some additional information including a market valuation and a rebuild cost assessment. If your property is being purchased with a mortgage, your lender may opt for a valuation. This will be a basic report and will not take into account the actual condition of the property. Ultimately - it will be the lender's benefit.

Our Various Survey Levels:
RICS Level 2 Home Survey - This report provides in-depth information in the form of a survey and an optional valuation. This is suitable for conventional properties in reasonable condition.
RICS Level 3 Home Survey - This is a comprehensive report, essential for larger or older properties or if you are considering major works. Gain a detailed analysis of the property's condition and further information on maintenance, repairs and defects.
