Southdown Estates was established in 2019 following the success of the 'Block and Estate Management department' at Southdown Surveyors.

Focusing solely on Leasehold Management and their portfolio of retained clients, the company is run by Lynne Maguire-Wheatley, our highly experienced Property Manager who originally joined Southdown Surveyors in 2017 to develop and manage our ‘Block and Estate Management department’.

Together, with a a team of highly qualified Property Managers, Southdown Estates provides the following services:
