A RICS Level 2 Home Survey will give you all of the information you need to make a decision about purchasing a property. We are RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) certified for your peace of mind. A RICS Level 2 Home Survey is ideal if your property is of standard construction and in reasonable condition. If it is not - you may require a different survey.
Do I need a HomeBuyer Report?
A RICS Level 2 Home Survey is the 'economy' option which address the general condition of the property and highlight any urgent defects or potential issues which may affect its value.
We can also include a market valuation and insurance rebuild costs as extras within the report. It should provide you with the vital information to make an informed decision regarding the price of your property and whether a re-negotiation of the purchase price is necessary.
Our Survey Options
RICS Level 2 Home Survey - Applicable for all conventional properties in reasonable condition. This survey can include a valuation if required.
RICS Level 3 Home Survey - Ideal for all larger or older properties, or if you are considering doing construction work on the property. This is a thorough report which provides a comprehensive analysis of the property's condition as well as any defects or maintenance options.
