What is the process?
When you undertake a snagging report on your new build with us, we will then send you a comprehensive photographic snagging report within 5 working days of the inspection. This will state all of the technical information regarding the construction of your property. This report can also be sent to your builder if needs be. We can follow up with any advice or answers should you require.
When should I have a Snagging Inspection?
In an ideal situation, a snagging survey should be carried out prior to completion. This is so that the builders can rectify any issues that the survey identifies before you move in, so there is no disruption after you have moved in. But it can be undertaken within 2 years of your warranty date. It is worth checking these details as warranty periods and developer terms can vary!
